3. Estimates and Service Agreements

Any pricing information or “estimates” mentioned on the Website, through email, or over the phone are preliminary and for guidance only.

  • Final estimates and repair costs can only be provided after an in-person inspection of your vehicle at 11804 N Profit Row, Forney, TX 75126.
  • All repair plans are based on OEM procedures and may change if additional damage is discovered during disassembly, diagnostics, or scanning.
  • No estimate (written or verbal) constitutes a binding service agreement until you sign a Repair Authorization or similar document at our shop.

Any Limited Lifetime Warranty we provide on repairs and paint is governed by the written warranty terms you receive at the time of repair and does not expand or change based on anything stated on the Website.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website—including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, layout, and design—is the property of Grimes Paint & Body or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:
